On Monday morning I called your company because our stairlift, purchased in July 2010, was not operating properly. My father who is wheelchair bound was returning home from a hospital procedure later that afternoon. Every staff person I spoke with made a genuine effort to help and responded with courtesy. A service technician came to our home within hours and fixed the stairlift, asking and answering questions that helped to pinpoint the problem and prevent it from reoccurring.

Dear Annie R.,
I want to say a special “Thank You.” You have done for me what I had waited for over 15 years. I am so pleased and blessed because of you; that we (Reuel) have access to and from the house without worries or accident.
I am not trying to ignore you; but have been rather very busy trying to coax Reuel to getting back into his routine. He has lost the touch of going out for therapy and has gotten so used to staying at home (6 weeks) that he is putting up a fight with us getting out of the house.
Gradually, we are getting him to go. I can see on his face how delighted he is while going up and down the “lift.” He laughs out loud and points to the “lift” (showing the people passing on the street.) I know he is happy for this privilege and so am I. All of the aides and really pleased and stressed free to bring him out of the house.
The City came and did the inspection last Thursday, March 5, 2015. Also, Dr. Olsen made a home visit on Saturday, March 7, 2015.
The whole set of the lift and walk-way is done beautifully; and I am very pleased. Thank you so very much, I appreciate all that you has done for this project and especially to my family.
